Product Description

FRP molded well cover is formed one time under high temperature and pressure. It is of high density, high stiffness, high intensity of pressure, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, light weight, and nice appearance etc. It has passed the inspection of national authorized department that every item exceeds the national standard which is suitable for the usage of civil works and fast lanes. The service life is 5-10 years longer than cast iron well cover. So it is a new product that can replace other kinds of covers. Our FRP well covers have been used in many civil works, and get good reputation from customers and professors.
Characteristics:
   High strength:High molecular synthetic material is adopted; fitted with steel frames, which are formed under high temperature and pressure. The highest test result is more than 40 tons. Meet and exceed the standard CJ/T211-2005 issued by Construction Ministry of People's Republic of China.
Nice appearance: beautiful figure design on the cover surface. The surface can be designed of any figure and color, which can beautify the city environment.
Light weight: its weight is only one third of cast iron. Easy for transportation, installation, maintenance, which decrease the labor strength.
   Theft resistance: this material cannot be recycled so it is natural theft resistant; locking structure is settled, which can resist theft for the content of well.
Good climate resistance: large and high molecular material of chemical stability is adapted to the raw material. Scientific formula, advanced process and technology enable the FRP well cover can be used in -40ºC~90ºC.
High accuracy: because it is molded under high temperature and pressure, the gap between cover and cover seat is very small, which overcomes the "running, jumping, noisy"   problems happened to cast iron & cement well cover, increase the road capacity and driving comfort degree.
Corrosion resistance: it has been inspected by national chemical construction test center that it has obvious acid & alkali resistant property. Aging resistant index can be above 3, long service life.
