LP-902 is a UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) acrylic processing aid specially designed for superior quality PVC foam and WPC applications.

TBRABENDER PROCESSING BEHAVIOR
 
When compared to conventional processing aids, LP-902 has slightly longer fusion time.  This may represent lower extrusion torque during the actual extrusion.   This characteristic could allow higher screw speed for wider and thicker foam profiles or sheets, without exceeding extruder's torque limits.
